●工作电机采用变频电机无极调速，操作方便，调速范围宽，磨削效率高。

●床头箱具备定时润滑装置，供给主动滚轮轴轴承和涡轮副轴承定时润滑。

●磨具座具有微调机构，通过微调机构调整砂轮轴的俯仰，可改变工件端面磨纹。

●This grinder is used for grindin of tappet end face (flat face sphericalface):with automatic feeding and discharging functions,it applies to massproduction.

●The workpiece motor adopts stepless speed regulation with variablefrequency motor,offering easy operation,wide speed regulation range andhigh grinding eficiency.

●The headstock has a fixed-time lubricating device.which may lubricate theactive rller shaft bearing and turbine supplementary bearing on fixed time.

●The grinder base has a fine adjustment mechanism.which may adjust theahgle of elevation of the grinding wheel spindle and change grinding thread ofworkpiece end face.
